The First Topic
Describe a facility (like a park, hospital, shopping mall, sports center etc.) that you would like to have in your neighborhood.
You should say:
• what facility it is
• what could be done to make it happen
• how people in your neighborhood would benefit from it
and explain why you feel this facility is important for your neighborhood.
Introduction:
I believe that having facilities in the neighborhood that caters to the needs of everyone is an essential part of a healthy and vibrant community. In this regard, our locality is missing a nice park. I also think that a park that allows children to play, and adults to walk and do some exercise while providing a green space to relax and socialize is an ideal facility that every neighborhood should have.
What facility it is:
So, the facility I would like to have in my neighborhood is a park that has a playground for kids, walking trails for adults, and benches for people to sit and relax. The park would also have an open green space where people could gather for picnics or outdoor events.
What could be done to make it happen:
To make this park a reality, the community could come together to raise funds or petition the local government to allocate funds to create the park. The neighborhood could also volunteer to help with the planning and development of the park by contributing ideas or helping with the construction.
How people in your neighborhood would benefit from it:
The benefits of having a park in the neighborhood are numerous – I believe. If we have a park, our children would have a safe and fun place to play, which would promote physical activity and help with socialization skills. And, adults would have a place to exercise, relax, and enjoy nature. The park would also provide a space for community events, which would bring neighbors together and create a sense of belonging.
And explain why you feel this facility is important for your neighborhood:
Having a park in the neighborhood is important because it promotes physical activity, mental health, and community engagement. It is a place where people can come together, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. The park would also be an investment in the neighborhood, increasing property values and attracting new residents. In a sense, a park is a facility that would benefit the entire community and is an essential part of any healthy neighborhood. So, we need one badly.
The Second Topic
Describe the neighborhood you lived in when you were a child.

Where in your town/city the neighborhood was
Thank you very much for this interesting topic. Here, I’d like to talk about the neighborhood I lived in when I was a child. It holds a special place in my heart as it was the backdrop of my early memories and experiences. The neighborhood was situated in a suburb called Green Park, located on the outskirts of my hometown.
What kind of people lived there
Green Park was a peaceful and serene neighborhood nestled amidst lush greenery. It was characterized by tree-lined streets, well-maintained parks, and neat rows of houses. The area had a close-knit community feel, with friendly neighbors who knew each other by name.
The neighborhood was primarily inhabited by families, comprising people from diverse backgrounds and professions. There were young couples, working professionals, and retirees, creating a vibrant mix of generations. Everyone had a strong sense of community and took pride in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the neighborhood.
What it was like to live in this neighborhood
Growing up in Green Park was a delightful experience. The streets were safe, allowing children to play freely outside and form lifelong friendships. The neighborhood had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with residents often organizing community events and gatherings.
There was a strong emphasis on unneighborly support, and everyone looked out for each other. I have fond memories of riding bicycles with my friends along the quiet streets, playing in the local park, and participating in community celebrations during festivals. The neighborhood also had convenient amenities like grocery stores, schools, and recreational facilities, making it a self-sufficient and comfortable place to live.
Would you like to live in this neighborhood in the future?
Whether I’d like to live in this same neighborhood or not is a tough question for me to answer. But after some consideration, I’ve realized that while my childhood neighborhood holds a special place in my heart, I don’t think I would choose to live there in the future.
As I have grown older, my preferences and priorities have changed. I am now drawn towards more urban settings with better career opportunities and modern amenities. However, I will always cherish the memories and values instilled in me during my time in that neighborhood.
